- Clunky user interface

- Messy page/screen with a lot of text/info

- Charts/graphs could use improvements

- Does not allow you to enter extended hour trades

- Does not allow you to enter any fixed income trades

- Does not allow you to sell versus a purchase date for tax loss harvesting or simple tax planning

- Customer service is filled by a bunch of idiots

- Promotions are disingenuous at best

- Zelle is nowhere to be found on the website or mobile app

Merrill Edge Status Icon on iPhone. There is a red ball with a number - showing that there are unread emails or notices. I have deleted all emails in the secure email folder on the app, but the red ball still indicates 5 unread emails. It is annoying to see the red ball even though all emails have been read. (this problem is recent, started only 2-3 weeks ago) Please advise.
