Have a Samsung S22. Once I log into the ap, and log into all holdings, the ap freezes. I have deleted and reloaded the ap with no luck.
Cannot deposit checks through the app...when I take the 2nd photo (doesn't matter which order, front first or back first), it freezes as soon as the photo is taken. Have restarted the phone, deleted/reinstalled the app, no resolution. iOS 16.3.1, iPhone 11 Pro
I am unable to deposit checks via the app. I am able to take a picture of one side of the check, but the ap freezes once I take the second side picture. I have removed and downloaded app 2 times and have restarted my phone. Phone is an apple iPhone 14pro. I don't have this with of my other 4-5 accounts.

On the login screen I immediately get a message that, “We’re sorry, but we cannot complete your request at this time. Please try again later.” I have deleted and re-downloaded the app several times with the exact same problem occurring. Can not sign in
I havE aGakaxy S22 Ultra. The my merill app wont capture checks for remote deposit. You can take a pictire of either the front or the bqck of the check but not both. If you take a photo of one side of the check, the app freezes to a black screen when you go to take e photo of the other side of the check.
