Backed up all my info, and after that I’m pretty sure they hacked my laptop making it crash and now when my laptop reboots it’s just a blank white screen…. Unbelievable, charged me, stole all my information and now my laptops no good
ON TOP of all of that, app doesn’t even work .. literally just backed it up to IBackup and I tried opening on my phone and it just says unable to open file try again later and I try to convert it and it says no files to convert

I have the latest, May 13th update. The ‘invalid email or password’ comes on instantaneously, like it was coded into the Log In button. It can’t possibly check anything.

As i write this review, there is only 1 review less than 1 year old and that person gave 2 stars.

So now i wait for another update. Meanwhile i have to look for another way to backup iPhones and iPads.

Please fix IBackup my files are on this server 😤

Am writing a review here in the hopes that my wishes will make to the design team, since I don't think my tech support response made it there. This is a nice-looking backup program with a lot of potential, BUT it is very intrusive while backing up. The iPod/iPhone must be left unlocked the whole time, and the backup program must be in the foreground. Every time you switch to another program for two to three minutes, you receive a message saying the backup has paused. Seriously? Aren't backups supposed to happen in the background? And shouldn't they be able to happen with the phone locked? I have a lot of photos to back up, and leaving my screen on and this app in the foreground for 24+ hours is definitely an issue. The fact that it seems unnecessary only adds to the frustration.

I downloaded IBackup to sign up for the free 5gb account (as advertised on their website). However IBackup launches directly into 'sign IN' mode and there's no option to sign up from within IBackup . Either this is a bug or they stopped providing the free accounts to iPhone users without any notice :(

It’s good for pics, video, contact, and calendars but if you have documents, mp3 files, or anything else it won’t back it up.

Downloaded IBackup in hopes of monitoring my clients' log files to make sure backups are running correctly. Didn't see an option to view logs.

The people that gave this a one star because they can't sign up are idiots. You can sign up through safari and, if froze your phone you can do a hard restart by holding power and home button until it turn off then the power button. This can happen for multiple reasons.

Love IBackup! Does the trick when you need access to your files in a hurry! Anything more than that should be done on a computer anyway. Been using this service for years now and sooo glad they finally have an app for it. Good Job!

I had to send a some pictures to a friend rather uploading the files in an email, i created a link and shared. It saved my Data and also made the sharing quick.

App takes care of taking the backup in the background of my photos and videos. I admit, I do forget taking a backup every now and then.
