When I click to open app it says
The app keeps saying I tried signing in too many times and it locks my account. I called customer service and they unlock my app and said to wait 24 hrs before resetting password. I did that and the app keeps locking me out. Thank you.

My cricket app keeps crashing on my phone..is this a sneaky way you guys are forcing us to call and do our payments by phone so we'll be forced to be charge extra...if that is correct .l will change providers Asap. This makes no sense at all.
