How to fix StudentVUE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the StudentVUE app on iPhone
Update StudentVUE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall StudentVUE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix StudentVUE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve StudentVUE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

StudentVUE Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix StudentVUE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the StudentVUE App
1. On android, goto Settings » StudentVUE » click [Force Stop]

Update StudentVUE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear StudentVUE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » StudentVUE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart StudentVUE.

Fix StudentVUE unable to contact server/ StudentVUE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click StudentVUE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto StudentVUE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch StudentVUE
