Schoology App Assignment Submission Error: Unable to Create Content for multiple students. we've tried restarting phone reinstalling and checking permissions. no luck.

Trying to login to schoology from a different computer. cant rememeber the password.

Schoology upload on mobile app is not working, it is giving an "unable to add content"error. On top of that the date does not seem to be updating. It is still showing assignments from previous days as upcoming.

How to fix Schoology app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Schoology app on iPhone
Update Schoology app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Schoology iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Schoology on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Schoology network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Schoology Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Schoology not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Schoology App
1. On android, goto Settings » Schoology » click [Force Stop]

Update Schoology to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Schoology App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Schoology » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Schoology.

Fix Schoology unable to contact server/ Schoology internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Schoology » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Schoology » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
