Summary of Blackboard Problems 🔥

- Due dates tab is not fully accurate

- Service is slow, time-consuming to learn thoroughly, and ineffective at training teachers

- Doesn't have a half of the capabilities we have on the computer

- Won't even show an entire page of an assignment

- Makes it nearly impossible to find modules

- Won't allow you to test or quiz

- Doesn't support many basic functions we have come to expect

- Only shows certain assignments on the app

- Discussion boards are old fashioned

- Have to keep logging in every single time

How to fix Blackboard app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Blackboard app on iPhone
Update Blackboard app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Blackboard iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Blackboard on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Blackboard network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Blackboard Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Blackboard not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Blackboard App
1. On android, goto Settings » Blackboard » click [Force Stop]

Update Blackboard to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Blackboard App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Blackboard » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Blackboard.

Fix Blackboard unable to contact server/ Blackboard internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Blackboard » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Blackboard » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Blackboard
