The app only shows last year’s accounts, not the current year. And it shows an account I don’t even participate in - online commuter (and what in the world is that anyway?).

The app does not work or load. When you try to use the website it states that the login or password is invalid, however i have verified multiple times it was correct, or even reset it. - the customer service is not open and unable to assist with anything. This whole organization is a terrible scam

I am unable to delete a duplicate recurring deposit. Spoke to someone weeks ago and was told there was a ticket in to delete. It's still there. I do not want another duplicate deposit.

The app never works. It continually tells me to try again later. The website has locked me out again and again even though I am using the correct password. Customer service says they are closed whenever I call during their posted hours.

I started back at Trulieve and I downloaded my Paychex flex app then I sign up and I couldn’t get on my paychex for information

How to fix Inspira app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Inspira app on iPhone
Update Inspira app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Inspira iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Inspira on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Inspira network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Inspira app issues:

Force Stop the Inspira App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Inspira app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Inspira to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Inspira App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Inspira app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Inspira.

Fix Inspira unable to contact server/ Inspira internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Inspira » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Inspira » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Inspira on android.
