The app only shows last year’s accounts, not the current year. And it shows an account I don’t even participate in - online commuter (and what in the world is that anyway?).
The app does not work or load. When you try to use the website it states that the login or password is invalid, however i have verified multiple times it was correct, or even reset it. - the customer service is not open and unable to assist with anything. This whole organization is a terrible scam
I am unable to delete a duplicate recurring deposit. Spoke to someone weeks ago and was told there was a ticket in to delete. It's still there. I do not want another duplicate deposit.
The app never works. It continually tells me to try again later. The website has locked me out again and again even though I am using the correct password. Customer service says they are closed whenever I call during their posted hours.
I started back at Trulieve and I downloaded my Paychex flex app then I sign up and I couldn’t get on my paychex for information
