App keeps crashing since latest iOS update on iPad

I went to update game on android but accidentally pressed cancel while it was updating, now wont load
tile crush is not loading correct images.
I cant send any messages, all of them get the red bubble to the right and i need to resend them and even then it doesnt work.
game has been crashing for the past two days! somethimes i cannot log in other times i get in only to be kicked out. This just started yesterday.
I have problems with " get resource Error" . How can I fix this? Thank you so much Valentina

after 10 min in game (iphone) i stack to a picture ( the fat guy looking the electric panel) and cant do anything. uninstall and reinstall not working. is there any way to restart over?

I cannot speak in any of the chats. It gives me a resend logo and won’t post what I say. Then It will disappear like I never said anything. I hit the fix button and also deleted game and reinstalled. Still not fixed
