I have been trying to log on the Groupon Merchant app and web page and it says that Groupon is temporarily unavailable

I am one of the owners of Omega Escape Room in Hamburg and ROchester NY. Our manager - Shawn Gearhart st up our account originally and then Chirag Parikh has been our latest Groupon contact. The reason I am reaching out directly is that the year end statement that we received for Groupon was way above our deposits received from Groupon. I am wondering / concerned that our funds may have been being deposited into more than one account or some other error- that would great effect our tax responsibility. I need to speak to our account representative ASAP. Thank you David Smith 716.713.6326
