Uploading pictures problem. An error message appears "server error '/' application" so there is no possibility of uploading pictures. What should I do or is the issue at MaxPreps>

I downloaded the app and have never made it passed the white screen with the logo. I have already Uninstalled and installed 3 again and now the white screen and no logo. It's not my connection and I have the permissions turn on. Now what?

I have used this app in previous school years. However, I have not been able to login to the app this school year. At first, it recognizes my email. But when I put in my password, it states that my email does not exist. When I try to set up a new password, it will not send a link to my email.

Since yesterday Max Preps will not open on my mobile phone. I reinstalled the app but did not help. I never had any problems before yesterday. My internet is working fine and having the same problem using data.
