Channel freezes continuously and locks me out.

Crackle freezes on every commercial break. It makes the viewing experience painful.

Crackle keeps freezing when it reaches a commercial I can’t even start or stop the commercial exit backwards and I can only start the entire show from the very beginning. I’ve been trying to watch one movie and I have to end up watching the first half of it over and over again.

Crackle is a joke. Freezes up 5-10 mins into the movie, every time. Then asks you to hit ‘Retry.’ Never works! What a joke!

Any show playing through crackle on a smart TV freezes up shortly after the sound goes. Every. Single Time.

Same problem as Edward Goldsborough. Dec 16 1922. Have reinstalled app on Panasonic but still no picture, just sound and a little orange wheel spinning. Then it just crashes.

When I play Crackle movies they play until they break for advertisements then I cannot get it back on. I have Xfinity and often go to Tubi which takes me to Crackle. I never can see the rest of the movie

Have not been able to use for awhile, always says error has occurred,Crackle is currently unavailable. try again later. I use the older version of Apple TV.

Freezing up. Ads are not showing at all. This is on a sony Android TV. Suspect Google Account

Try watching any movie but all there is a frozen frame with audio sound . This is a issue that I can't resolve.Tried a reinstall but it is the same.

Crackle is the only app that never works..wifi signal is excellent

I tried Watching 4 movies on crackle and they stopped every single time in the middle it's not my service it's your app.

By the looks of previous complaints about freezing video I suspect you have software issues either you can’t resolve or don’t care to. Ether way I don’t believe I’ll be using CRACKLE again.

Movies played back on ROKU TV do not complete. Movies stop halfway through. This is a consistent issue. We live in the DC area and have hi-speed internet.

Trying to watch RIPTIDE and it freezes during the opening credits. I tried rebooting, restarting and everything else I can think of. It is annoying.

Having same issue “oops something went - wrong please try again later” every time at the same time in the movie. Not sure why but it is super annoying and I wish I could watch the whole movie for once.

When using Crackle to watch The Coronor the movie stops and an orange box comes on the screen saying “oops something went wrong try again” but when you try again nothing happens. You have to exit the movie and go back in ,,,this happens at least twice during the movie and is very irritating because you cannot get back to the place it stopped! We h@ve given up because of this ridiculous problem every time !,

Viewing crackle on smart TV with Roku. Search is not working. It does not find the shows I search for but shows other shows that aren't even spelled with the same letters. Additionally I see shows that are available on my smartphone crackle app but they're not showing up on my television. I sent two messages to crackle through their contact us and they both got kicked back as non deliverable. Can someone from crackle respond?

I’ve tried watching Sherlock 4 times and each and every time it stops and says uh- oh, something went wrong and to retry. This is so freaking frustrating.

Movies on Crackle play around 30 minutes and then I get an error message to try again and again and again

I’m trying to watch ‘Les Norton’ on Crackle. But near the end of each show it says “Uh-oh! Something went wrong@. Wtf!?!
