I HAVE had an account for CRACKLE for years. Now I cannot sign in, the verification code it sent was REJECTED?! It would not send another code, I could NOT make a new account, ALL of the HELP options on the screen did not work. They had been terminated, but were still on the screen? HELLO, is any body there? And Now, I see that this will NEVER be acted upon! It is POSTED as a 'COMMENT'!?
On the Faith based movies you have a commercial that advertises 'homosexuality' and love, really?!!! Read the bible and see that GOD does not approve of homosexuality! This is despicable and blasphemist! Why not advertise this filth on the other category of stories! We don't need to have homosexuality (lgbt) shoved down our throats!!....This is political advertisement; so why NOT just stick to advertising food, or restaurants/businesses, etc. Leave that filth shit out!

I think they make it glitch to blank screen on purpose so you have to uninstall/ reinstall that gives them a higher number of installations! I’m sick of constantly having to uninstall/ reinstall to watch tv shows! Fix your app!!! I have this app on my iphone! Some tv shows don’t play consistently. Like “Just shoot me!” It will play fine one day. Then the next time I try to watch, all I get is a blank screen when I select an episode. I the delete the app and reinstall and it works fine again for awhile very frustrating to keep doing this just to watch a few programs.
Ugh!!! Sometines great, sometimes worst app!

For the last version app update Crackle was really awesome! I end up using it more than Netflix because there selection for movies is better. Netflix focuses too much on drama and gore movies (ended up watching Freeform more for Halloween). Crackle's selection is more thrillers and comedy. But I feel like every other update someone misses something vital before the update and the it's back to zero with this app. This time its the Casting feature. It seems to always be the casting feature! This time the Casting feature is just gone! I thought it was an internet issue but it wasn't and i can cast from all other apps. But for what ever reason the casting icon is just completely gone from the app. Meaning using the app isn't that great anymore. I use Chromecast. Wish I never updated the app.
Frozen

Halfway through the movie and it’s completely frozen, no matter how many times I reload and try to get it to work. There were a few freezes and glitches through the first half of the movie, but now the second half I can’t get it to play at all.
This is the only place where the movie I’m watching is free so I’m trying to deal with it. I never heard of this app before today when looking for where I could watch this movie, and when I saw that it had a pretty nice selection of movies I thought ‘I might have to keep this app!’ But now I definitely am deleting as soon as I’ve finished the movie I’m watching now. Terrible app.
Lots of ads and commercials like people said too, but that wasn’t even bothering me.
