My name is misspelled on the app and I can’t change it
I booked a car in Italy back in February. I'm picking up this month and the app still can't import the booking, although it shows up just fine on the Europcar website in a browser. They say on-line check-in must be done on the app, but of course you can't check in if the app can't find your booking. This is stupid. Allow users to check-in online through the web browser, and we can avoid this terrible app that doesn't seem to work.
Online check-in page is non-existent on the internet (error 404, page does not exist) and the app constantly says "Oops, we can't verify your license" after you select your country (and I'm from the UK) so it's rather annoying to say the least.
This Europcar app is a nightmare and does not work. `Please remove Edward Davies from it and all details.
I can log in desktop, but I can't log in the app: "Email and/or password is/are invalid. Please double check or try again using your Driver ID."
Same as above; also website not accepting correct credit card details instead saying to correct the error: "undefined"...
Same problem here Cannot login on the app - I get a message that driver ID or password are incorrect. But I can login without problem on the website.
It takes overnight to get APP updated to pick the new users

I have the same problem reported above: I get a message that "Email and/or password is/are invalid. Please double check or try again using your Driver ID." I've changed my password, tried both email and ID#, and CANNOT log in using the (Android) App that I JUST downloaded and installed from the Google Play Store (today, 10 June 2022). However, both work just fine on the website, on both my desktop PC AND the same Android phone the app is installed (but not working) on. It's MADDENING - I've had MORE problems setting up this account and getting confusing/unhelpful error messages (or simply getting the info kicked out and the registration screen reload -- maybe 18 times just trying to establish my account! Europcar's website is VERY bad/buggy/not-functional. I'm pretty unhappy.
