I have a problem with LivePhish

User reports:
No current problems

- No ability to select multiple tracks from show to add to playlist without having to add each track individually.

- App is clunky and disfunctional.

- EXTREMELY slow and FULL of bugs that go unaddressed for long periods of time.

- Poor customer service with no sincere effort made to help resolve the issue or wrong the right.

- Menu is inconsistent whether you’re in “browse,” “playlists,” etc.

I downloaded ios17 on my iPhone and now the live phish app automatically shuts down when I try to open it. Any ideas?

To resolve LivePhish network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the LivePhish App
1. On android, goto Settings » LivePhish » click [Force Stop]

Clear LivePhish App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LivePhish » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LivePhish.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LivePhish » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LivePhish » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LivePhish
