The app is not counting my streams at all. I've joined a streaming party for the last 2 days now, and every time I check it doesn't show any streams. Please assist kindly.

When i tap on headphones to enter a streaming party it doesn't show up at all i cant join the streaming party please fix this

The app isn't counting my streams!!! I can see my stream history on the app but it isnt counting it. It just says 0 on both streams and tracks. I need help to fix this pls.

I hosted a party for a song which was a mess because Spotify kept crashing so my stream count was terrible. When the party ended, I attempted to create a new party for the song, but now Ren refuses to create the party, saying a party for the song cannot be created at this time. What the heck?? I just hosted for this song!!

I been streaming but it doesn't count on the party... on my profile I can see how many times I have streamed for the artist but the stream count for the party is not showing

I was using this app smoothly but suddenly it started not working everytime I opened it shows black screen so I deleted and downloaded it several times now when I'm trying to connect my Spotify it's always saying low interest connection but my internet is running good. Please fix this problem so I can join streaming parties

The app keeps crashing every time I try to join a streaming party, connect my socials, and update my profile.

Trouble started in the past month July. It’s not counting my streams anymore and the app keeps crashing. Tried to delete and reinstall but not helping

Even if I stream song from a artist the numbers are not moving even other numbers are not moving as well. All of the above the numbers are not moving.

In the "my streams" option doesn't show any songs from the "all time" and "in the last year". How can I solve this so I can see my all time streams?

I can't open the app, it crashes everytime.

The app crashes everytime i try to open it. I've tried deleting it and re installing it but it keeps crashing. This has been going on for months now
