I’ve tried deleting the app and re-adding it, turning my phone off and on, turning all of the app settings off and on, but my app gives me a blank screen or retry message!
App will not allow me to do my weekly scan of Google, Amazon, etc. it crashes upon opening telling me to run the update. There is no new update. It keeps crashing with a pop up; which in turn won’t allow me to scan my receipts from this week. How can this be resolved?

Receipt Pal square logo screen keeps spinning and spinning, then app opens then it spins some more, then while trying to take an image is continues to spin. Not just a little bit but like 5+ minutes. Spoke to my neighbors and its not just me seeing this issue.

I was blocked from redeeming my points because I had too many receipts from one store in a 24 hour period. They said that I would be unblocked. I would like to know when. I have check marks on all of my accounts but when I try to redeem my points for an Amazon gift card it won’t let me.

I. Trying to cash in my points for Amazon gift cards. I get the message oops there is something wrong with your account. I see others having the same issue here. Hope it's fixed soon.
I think the receipt hog and receipt power are brothers and sisters for them to work seem to be working together they keep goofing up and messing up everybody's doing their accounts and then if they're not messing up the account they don't want to give you the rewards you scan all these receipts and all they give you a pennies on a dollar they like the government if you think that they both full of crap give me a hell yeah p
This is about dozens of time I w emails you r reported issues relating to cashing in my rewards. The reply email does absolutely nothing to help. I have 33,000 points. I want the. $100.00 Amazon e gift card. There is no number to call as I have left mine. 225-719-0065. I won't upload anymore receipts untill this is fixed. I unistalled my app to update it now I can't reinstall and I have like 4 thousand and something points help
For the past 6 days or so, ReceiptPal will not complete scanning my e-mail account, freezing on Step 24 of 25. I tried offloading/reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, even disconnecting my e-mail then re-connecting. No change. As a side note, don't disconnect your e-mail from this app, as it puts you in a 30-day hold before you can redeem a gift card again. As it is, I'm only 25 points away from redeeming a gift card, and if/when this issue is resolved, I'm done with this app!
