How to fix IndiCard app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the IndiCard app on iPhone
Update IndiCard app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall IndiCard iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix IndiCard on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve IndiCard network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

IndiCard Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix IndiCard not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the IndiCard App
1. On android, goto Settings » IndiCard » click [Force Stop]

Update IndiCard to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IndiCard App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » IndiCard » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart IndiCard.

Fix IndiCard unable to contact server/ IndiCard internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click IndiCard » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto IndiCard » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch IndiCard
