  Update COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING

  Whatever bug has infected this app or whatever update they’re doing has completely been frustrating. You used to be able to sort by category / alphabetical / etc. And it would show up as soon as you tapped to your list. Now genius but at the very bottom in teeny tiny print and you can barely access it. So when you open the app, whatever it chooses to default to on that particular moment is how your list comes up and you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to then find that teeny tiny print and recategorize. Currently looking for a new app. They’re making this one more and more difficult. NOT worth it - too frustrating!!! Don’t bother getting this app it seems to get worse as time goes on.

  Good luck getting your cards

  I have had this app for a couple of years. It worked GREAT.....until my phone was hacked. I got a new phone and tried to log in, but apparently the hacker had changed my password. No worries, I can just reset it right? No. So I tried messaging the company about my problem of being able to get into my account. It’s been three days and ZERO response! Very unhappy that I no longer have access to all of my gift cards and rewards cards and no phone number to call somebody to fix it. Do not get this app unless you expect it to work flawlessly. Which it doesn’t.

  inoperable update. not it the EU!!!!!!!

  opened up the app today and got a message that keyring is no longer available in the EU with some sort of political message. there is no skip or back button and for e wuitting the app results in the same message. the problem is i am in the US not EU! so i couldn't use my cards at the time i needed it. why sabotage and cripple your own app with an update without warning and without a way to close out this stupidly irrelevant message? this used to be my go-to app. but after these shenanigans it's time i look for a serious app that does what it is supposed to do, reliably!
