After many years of being a satisfied user of Key Ring, my list of stores is no longer in a list. It is now showing as individual boxes that are mostly blank and I have to guess which one belongs to which store and tap to see if I am right. I have used this app for many years and am not sure of my sign in or password. Apple says this is not their problem after working with me for quite a while. Please help me as I don’t know what to do.
Where is my list. Saved my who life of passcodes etc. gone???

Have used this app for several years and found it quite useful. With the most recent update, changes have been made which make it difficult to add cards which are not in their system. Previous cards were displayed in a list making them easy to locate. Now, the names are no longer listed, but rather comp at logos are displayed in boxes. This is fine if the card is from a recognized company. However, if it is a card you need to manually enter (which I have many), it is displayed as a blank box with no name and now means to know which card is represented. This, you must simply start clicking through unknown links until you find the card you need. If not soon reverted to its previous format, I will delete the app and look for a new option.

Whatever bug has infected this app or whatever update they’re doing has completely been frustrating. You used to be able to sort by category / alphabetical / etc. And it would show up as soon as you tapped to your list. Now genius but at the very bottom in teeny tiny print and you can barely access it. So when you open the app, whatever it chooses to default to on that particular moment is how your list comes up and you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to then find that teeny tiny print and recategorize. Currently looking for a new app. They’re making this one more and more difficult. NOT worth it - too frustrating!!! Don’t bother getting this app it seems to get worse as time goes on.

I have used this app for a very long time. And I loved it. Recommended it to all my friends.
Something happened with the new update. Half of my cards are not showing up with an icon....So I don't know where they are.
My husband and I both contacted technical support and we were told to re-enter our cards. That's ridiculous. Most of the cards we got rid of after we entered them into the app. There's no reason they shouldn't be showing up. I was in a grocery store yesterday and couldn't find my card for that store. Then they told me to do a search. But the search doesn't find your own cards. It just searches for stores.
Please fix this!!!
