Shutterfly Status

I am a longtime customer and do not usually have problems, however, using Macos Catalina to load photos exported from Mac Photos I then try to go to the cart for checkout. Then all I get is a constantly revolving icon that I can leave for hours and never get to the cart. I have tried to reach cart using Brave, Chrome and Firefox. Moreover, as a test, I chose one of my past Photo Books and added it to the cart I then successfully reached the cart to pay. I did not since if your website is going to remain broken I may not be using it anymore. This points to a bug in the software powering your website.

The phone app is not uploading all of my photos. Tried doing it overnight after 12 hours it still says "7,550 of 53,438 uploading. Keep app open." Tried this several times. Also when I look for my pictures in Photosl I see some of the pic but not all of the pics I have on my phone or in my iCloud. Shutterfly is not grabbing all the pics. Also when I select pictures individually to put into a photo book from years ago it puts the wrong date on the pictures. So a pic from 2002 may show as 2023. Frustrating as I am trying to finish some books to order...

Can't rearrange photos in edit or move them around in storyboard for the past month. Maybe works for about 1-10 pictures then won't work for the rest of the evening.

Can't order prints. When I click "Print all" or I select all and print, it just gives me a blank screen.

Can't view cart just keeps circling have tried different computers and different days with same results

I cannot upload anymore photos and when I logged in today, the work I did last night did not save.

After loging in for two days now, my stored photos in Shutterfly will not load; the screen keeps refreshing every second appearing to load photos but it is as if there is a loop. I cannot access or view any of my photos to create a project or place an order, as they never load. Recently, I received an email stating I must make a purchase every 18 months or my stored pictures will not be retained as of 2023. I cleared the cache and tried different browsers. Is there a fix for what is wrong with the shutterfly stored photos access on your site?

Stored photos will not show up - logged in and tried to go to photos - screen keeps refreshing every second for hours and no photos load that were already stored on Shutterfly. Cannot order and cannot create projects nor can I see any of my stored photos. Tried clearing cache no change. Tried logging on to a different laptop and it did the same thing every time - log in then try to see photos to make a project and photos will not load and screen keeps refreshing all on its own every second or so. Is there a fix or what is wrong with the shutterfly log in or stored photos module on your site?

I downloaded my photos for an album (on my Mac laptop) and was able to start the album, but now I keep trying to access it (numerous times at various times of the day in case it was a case of too many people using it), each time the page just blinks on and off and when it sometimes finally lets me see my album, when I click on it, it wants me to sign in even though I already am. Than it starts all over. I'm getting frustrated as I really want to get this album done, but I can't even access it anymore. Please help!

Hi. I am having an issue looking at my pics:((( I can not access them. I can see the cloud but I am not able to access my albums. Please help.

I ordered graduation announcements in May successfully. I wanted to use Shutterfly to do Thank You cards because already entered all of my addresses needed, but the site does not work. It keeps just churning and won't allow me to access photos or address book. Won't let me do anything. Keeps asking me to sign in, but never goes to the place to make the edits, just gives the error message again. Error says refresh browser or call this number. I tried both, but the refresh doesn't work, and the person who answered the phone was rude and clueless. Said it was not their problem, it was my problem. Seriously? I spent over $700 on my previous order ... this is terrible service and apparently no other options to get help are available. Would appreciate a call to help fix this.

App is crashing. Each time I open the app and I click on a photo album to look through, about less than a minute into scrolling the app completely closes and crashes.

Every time I try to use the app, it stays open for less than 3 minutes before closing on its own.

Been having issues this week with your site. 1) ordering 8 total prints of 4 different photos: 4 matte, 4 glossy. But when viewing cart I had 2 glossy and 6 matte. Previewed order and it was correct (4 matte, 4 glossy), then went to cart and it said 2 glossy 6 matte. Removed photos and starred over 5 separate times before cart and what I ordered were the same. 2) working on a book but unable to add Metallics that show as available in embellishments. 3) working on same book, added embellishments but then unable to reposition or delete. 4) working on same book and message appears that communication was lost.
