- B-bike app has a renew membership error that cannot be resolved.

- BCycle app has a hidden rule that requires bikes to be docked every 30 minutes.

- The app for bike rentals in Nashville has multiple errors and prevents users from accessing bikes.

I can't download the app. It keeps on saying it's pending and then eventually stops altogether.

The app seems to have frequent glitches. Right now specifically I’m trying to login but there are no fields to enter any info

To resolve BCycle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the BCycle App
1. On android, goto Settings » BCycle » click [Force Stop]

Clear BCycle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BCycle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BCycle.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BCycle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BCycle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BCycle
