The app logged me out then when I try to log back in it took me to the fill out personal information section. On part 2/5 it asks me to enter my address and whenever I do it gives me the “unable to save data” error.. it’s been like this for days now

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent EZ TAG app issues:

Force Stop the EZ TAG App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click EZ TAG app. » click "Force Stop".

Update EZ TAG to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EZ TAG App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "EZ TAG app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch EZ TAG.

Fix EZ TAG unable to contact server/ EZ TAG internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click EZ TAG » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got EZ TAG » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EZ TAG on android.
