I sm truely upset that i have an account at Teb. The reason i opened an account was moving out of country and TEB enebles easy withdrawals outside country. Unfortunately somehow i forgot my password infact i didnt that must be an appbased mistake, i cant reach anyone, i cant get any response from anyone and i dint know how much i have in my account. Hopefully i can withdraw cash still which means i still have some balance whoch i dont know how much it is. When they ask for some info to reset my password my card password is also included. I gave the password which i can withdraw from partnered atms in USA however the online banking and app says this password is not valid, weirdly. Withdrawwise i am still ok but online transactions including support and everything is a total mess
I wanted to use TEB, but you have to do online bank for online banking- so stupid. The online app doesn't even work to let me sign up, so I will not bank with TEB.

Bu nedir ya donumun markasına kadar her şeyi öğrenmeye çalışmak! Sana ne benim işlem hacmimden sana ne kime göndereceğim paradan, işlemlerimi yaparken görürsün zaten bunları! Sonra bana bir önerin teklifin varsa sunarsın. Sen beni daha hesap açma işleminde neden bu kadar boğuyorsun! Bir arkadaşımın önerisi ile hesap açayım dedim açıp açacağıma pişman oldum. Tek kelime ile “REZALET”.

App is the reflection of the bank itself. Not user friendly
I immigrated to Turkey and I had to open an account in this bank for my job, but it's really unfortunate that I can't use its application because I'm a foreigner.
New and still very bad quality.
I have been blocked from my account several times after having entered the CORRECT login info. I was blocked 2 times in one day - even after calling the bank and resetting the password.
It is a huge inconvenience to call the bank each time to gain access. Test your apps before going public! Also, if your phone menus say it's connecting to English speaking personnel, make it happen!
It's a decent app with terrible quality control.
Have ever horrible bank app so far. Notting work anything regular. If you were thinking to use this bank from out of Turkey. You would possible have issues everyday. Card blocked, account blocked, very tight limit withdraw even if you want to get more and even if bank approved to increased. Pretty bad and very horrible bank
