This is a a by far my favorite steak place. I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. They anticipate customer needs - timing is everything. From water to another drink, to side suggestions and entree perfection, the A+ efforts make my dining time at Wildfire Lincolnshire worth coming back to, again and again. Lunch and dinner are equally wonderful. Treated well regardless if I’m in jeans with no makeup, or dressed for a Friday evening date. Thank you, Wildfire, consistency is tough to honor, but you do it seamlessly with kindness and finesse.

I love the concept and love their restaurants, but the points program is super antiquated and inconvenient. Points are rarely added automatically when you have orders catered/delivered. The past 3x I’ve ordered I have had to follow up to get my points added. When you are buying office lunches sometimes 5x a week, it’s super inconvenient to keep following up. Hopefully they improve the program or have points easily added through an app where you can also order on.

Party of four arrives a little bit late because the movie didn’t let out as was stated We’re seated but evidently the hostess either neglected to assign a server or something just fell in the cracks. We asked Emily if she was our server, she wasn’t but said she’d take drink orders, then said “heck, I’ll take your order and I’ll be your server”!!!! Glad she did, because she was as nice as could be, funny, professional, and attentive without hovering.

The gold standard for a server. She made the evening.

I was a member of the Lettuce rewards program long before LettuceEats launched. I was skeptical about downloading yet another app that takes up space on my phone BUT this one actually has value add.

It’s easier to acquire and redeem points through LettuceEats . It also enables you to easily make reservations and see your points balance. Simple, easy user interface. This has become one of my most frequently used apps!

I have been using LettuceEats to order takeout meals from Wildfire. The previous app is terrible. It always switched me outside of app to place an order. The website ordering process does not recognize my this app member number and no my credit card info nor my points.
Today I ordered Wildfire dinner again using the new app. This time the new app does everything perfectly. Way to go!

I absolutely love LettuceEats. I have been a part of many reward apps, but the majority have you spending a ton before you see any return. LettuceEats, however, is fantastic. My boyfriend and I like choosing restaurants on LettuceEats to redeem points and I love that local coffee shops have an additional reward system within. Can’t say enough great things. You actually get decent $$ back to spend. It’s great!!

I have been regularly eating at the Big Bowl for 7 years. It is my go to place for potstickers and stir fry bar. Recently I have started eating their salmon as the protein in the stir fry bar. The salmon is my new favorite with curry sauce and a bowlful of vegetables. A touch expensive but all fresh and high quality ingredients. I also enjoy the shiitake mushrooms in the stir fry bar. I highly recommend giving it a try.

My friends and family rave about LettuceEats and I understand why! It is very easy to use and perfect for food lovers. I love how simple it is to make a reservation through the Open Table integration, how easy it is to check my points/rewards, and how convenient it is to send a Lettuce Entertain You gift card. I highly recommend LettuceEats to other food lovers like me. 5/5 stars!

LEY app this app is user friendly, intuitive and very helpful. I appreciate the reservation system that if one location does not have space it will provide options to other places that have openings. The rewards are easy to use, easy to bank and not too many restrictions.

Not very intuitive. Could not find where to enter check numbers. I ate at the Oakbrook wildfire 7/23. I thought I was told that if I downloaded app I could get credit for my dinner plus the extra points I got for downloading app. I did download app and got 3X points offer. I could not find where to put in my check number to get credit. I guess I lose. My check number was 3087.
I tried calling Oakbrook wildfire and talked with manager joe, and he basically told me there was nothing he could do to get me my points. Too bad. Seems like app is just a hoax and not really a benefit to the customer

We celebrated my wife’s Birthday at her favorite Chicago Restaurant last night, and had a marvelous dinner. The Lobster, shrimp, wine, and Nantucket Scallops were delicious, and we dined “outside”, thanks to the Creativity of Shaw’s! THANK YOU for being open during this pandemic, and We encourage everyone to come to Shaw’s to support them!

We always come here for family occasions and business dinner. I always tell people that Wildfire steak is the best quality meats with reasonable price, however, the prime rib and the porterhouses we ordered today taste chewy and awful. It’s not because they didn’t cook right-it looks perfect medium-but the taste was awful. I am guessing it is the meat quality they used. I miss their foods before COVID.

I may be missing it but is there a search feature (to quickly search for a restaurant by name)?
Also not sure why there is the option to select a party size and time if you can't select the restaurant (afterward)?
It also seems problematic at times to book the reservation. I'd prefer a quick click button for "book now".
I've heard from at least one LEYE restaurant that the system doesn't work well with the restaurant system.
I'm hoping for a user friendly LEYE app soon. Thanks!

Easy to use LettuceEats and the program. Accurate and up-to-date reporting. Easy to understand. Just a tap to the Check-in to get my points. Love everything about this program.

I was told at the restaurant that my bill had been closed out, so they couldn’t add my rewards. Instead they said I should go to the mobile app and I would be able to easily add the points from a receipt. I’ve been trying all morning and have been unsuccessful. I even tried to send in via the contact us option, and that also failed. Ugh

This has made going to these restaurants much easier. Never have to worry about having my card with me and it automatically tells me how many points I have and loads my birthday gift automatically.

Making reservations and checking your points balance is a breeze! Everything you need if you love lettuce entertain you restaurants. Runs smooth looks aesthetically amazing and no issues with the features. Great photos!

Wildlife has a variety of delicious entrees! We enjoyed our dinner last night! Thou I was disappointed they ran out of the Brazino, the cornbread crusted Cod was amazing! The service and ambiance was wonderful as well! Thanks for helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary!!!

This is by far one of the best apps I own. You can’t go wrong with lettuce entertain and you definitely can’t go wrong with letting them reward you for eating at their restaurant

I love the convenience of having my gift cards at my disposal on the go. However, there’s no easy way to add a new gift card (electronic or otherwise). Why can’t you add a button or link so you can add gift cards easily? I go through this hassle every year and it’s a pain.

I’m disappointed that my birthday rewards point has been removed. I didn’t realize that it has an expiration. I was at Joe’s Seafood, WDC on 12/4 had lunch with my best friends. First of all, they made a mistake of serving a raw hamburger. You can see the juice of meat blood when you slice the hamburger. He clearly requested for a well-done grilled hamburger. In fairness, the restaurant manager came to our table to apologize and offered “something” in house while waiting for his hamburger being redone. So he ordered a Havana cream pie. Again, they made a mistake of adding the Havana cream pie on my bill. They took it out from my bill, it they have removed my birthday reward points equivalent to $15 only. Seriously...??

So many times we would forget our card when dining! Loving LettuceEats ! It loads points automatically and takes reservations. LEYE is our favorite group, so many choices!

An app that allows you to have a primary and secondary member but won’t let you put it on a second phone is ridiculous. We are often not together when out to work with colleagues and would like to use it on more than one cell phone. When we try to put in the other phone matching all our I’m a member information it tells us that it is already registered.

My husband and I were dining out without knowing about LettuceEats ...big mistake! It is so easy to use and very simple to gain points since there are so many restaurants to choose from!
