Employee automatically told me “door dash orders are backed up” and when I tried to tell her that I am not door dash I ordered and paid already, she dismissed me and said I had to wait. I Ordered online for pick up and had to wait past estimated pick up time. Didn’t receive my order until 35 mins after estimated pick up time. 5 people walked in after me and also had to wait for their online orders while every walk in customer was helped asap. Employee swamped with filling walk in customers’ order and didn’t start preparing my online order 25 mins after it was supposed to be picked up. I wanted to get a refund but they already charged me online and I couldn’t get the employee to assist me, so I waited patiently. By the time they prepared my order they got it wrong. Should I not pre order online? Should I just walk in and order because they completed at least 5 walk in orders before even starting mine. I ordered a banana caramel crunch with cookie dough bites and got Vanilla ice cream with 3 frozen banana clumps, that’s it. No caramel no cookie dough, definitely not worth the money I spent. Plus it came in a smaller contAiner than the one I originally ordered. I ordered a quart size so I was extremely disappointed. I get it might be busy but at least be polite about it and explain what’s going not waiting forever and watching 2 employees not even acknowledge you standing there for over 30 mins.

I placed a mobile order waited 15 minutes order still showed processing. Called into store employees unable to assist. Attempted to cancel order which now shows processed and receive a message must call store for assistance. So I stand in the line that was out the door to still be told the store employees have nothing to do with app unable to help! This was the worst I will never patronize Cold Stone again!

I left my wallet at home and tried paying with Apple Pay through ColdStone . Got a processing error every time. Went down the road to the grocery store and Apple Pay worked just fine.

App is also buggy and slow. Basically whole thing is useless.

First time through the new app. Not as user friendly, if the pick up time has to change because it took some time to submit, let me select a new time right there rather than having to back all the way out and hope the next time works.

From the moment I downloaded ColdStone, it will not let me pick a size for create your own ice cream. I can order all other kinds but I like to create my own so I can have extra brownie. I figured it was a bug and they would work it out but it’s been months and nothing. It is way easier and less of a headache to just go to the store and order in person.

I tired to had a gift card and it crashes everytime. I miss typed my phone number and it crashes when I try to correct it under contact info. The only feature that works is when you try to order

I actually customized the cupcake order for my husband’s birthday and what I actually received was 2 of each flavor. We waited so long to get the order I did not bother to argue. There were 5 young ladies and 1 young man working, but only 1 was making the actual ice cream orders while the others were chatting about work schedules. There were only 5 customers in the store and took about 15 minutes just to get my pickup order. I’m going to the other smaller Cold Stone Location farther from my home. At least I know my order will come out correct from there.

This problem has happened a few times now where there is just no place to select a size on ColdStone or online when ordering ahead. This then prevents the item from being added to the cart and therefore unorderable. Which makes ColdStone completely useless. ColdStone itself is already clunky and rewards program is antique. Using rewards is a giant pain and takes several steps and logins.

Ordered 7 ice creams from ColdStone for delivery. Only 5 came. Called cold stone, told me to call door dash, called door dash told me it’s a cold stone app but they handle deliveries cause he couldn’t see the order in its entirety. Then he found it and verified and hung up and had to recall again. Done with both cold stone as this is the second time they have forgot my order. Dashers need to verify the store is handing them everything. I actually felt bad at first when the tip was auto done through cold stone and I usually give more but now I am glad I didn’t.

App actually works pretty good , for some reason is missing peanuts option but is available as an extra topping? Also thanks for making me sign up and advertising free delivery and rewards that aren’t available anywhere in my area.

No way to leave a tip any more. Not obvious when you have a reward. All this used to be on the checkout screen, it’s not there anymore. Tried to reorder with a previous order, and then edit one of those items, crashed ColdStone . Takes more clicks to do everything now.

I had to make a whole new account because it took my phone number as 400 instead of 480, so it wouldn't let me process my order but then it wouldn't let me change the number in ColdStone either. other than that i think i only lost 25 points but still

Like ColdStone except that it only lets you pick one flavor of ice cream. I usually mix two or three whenever I order something at the counter. Whether it’s only ice cream or a shake. Please fix this.

Pre-Order works but the order isn’t always ready. Good thing is they will make sure to put the focus on pre-orders.

I love going there, they’re very careful with my granddaughters allergies, once you tell them about it they go and prepare her ice team in a separate area so is safe for here to enjoy it. Great Customer service!! Kudos to Orange Team!!

My daughter and I enjoy getting our reward for the week here. They are all so sweet and professional. They are always working hard to get customers in and out but friendly.

ColdStone is wonderful. Very user friendly, great colors and images for all items. Easy to navigate to order and the section for rewards is simple and to the point.

The new app is so much nicer. A few assets could be updated (rectangle images in circles), but overall it’s just so much easier to use than before.

You can’t even see your reward points on ColdStone! You have to go online to see them. Seriously ColdStone is so useless.

I used ColdStone to order a special 6 pack of cupcakes. Someone from the company called me to confirm that I had ordered 2 for tomorrow. I had ordered one for today, not 2. The woman on the phone was difficult to understand, but it sounded like she understood that I had ordered only 1 for today. Not even 20 minutes ago, I stopped in; not entirely certain if the 6-pack would be ready today or tomorrow. The one I ordered was ready. Yay! I asked about the other one, the girls said they only found one pack made up & one paper printout fit it. I checked my account online, Cold Stone charged me twice for the 6 pack.
The girls could not tell me if anyone would take the second one off, nor did they know how to do it. And because they supposedly only had one printed order, not 2, I could only leave with one 6 pack even though they got paid for 2. So now I have to call my credit union and explain to them the situation. Luckily, I have a great credit union.

With the new rewards program the claim points feature should be added instead of having to go to the company website.

Useless app. Nothing about rewards. Did away with the cards now they take my email and phone number and never receive any rewards. Ice cream is way too expensive not to have effective rewards program.

I placed an order and received an email that the store didn’t confirm my order and to call them directly. I tried for two days calling and leaving messages on voicemail. Nobody ever picked up or returned my calls. Bad experience and bad business practices.

Can only order cakes from app. I have an email that says a coupon has been loaded but no where to see. Also how do you add points when going to the shop? No barcode to scan or anything

I have been trying to login to ColdStone with no success. I tried deleting it and reinstalling and still can’t manage to login. I even tried resetting my password and got a message that there was no account with that email address. I logged in on my computer and it did allow me to sign in on my computer, I also checked my email on the account and it’s the same one that I used for resetting the password. Please fix this.

Seriously. An app for a site should give more than just locations and ordering cakes/cupcakes. I expected to see what is available at the location. I do not have the menu options memorized. I like to take out of town guests to Cold Stone, but I would like to show them what is available. Unlike Baskin Robbins, which almost everyone Is familiar with, Cold Stone isn’t that common. I almost never order cakes and would definitely call it in to ensure the order isn’t messed up somehow. I need information not just a cake ordering app. The web site is more useful than ColdStone.
