Hi it won’t let me connect it just comes up saying check your internet connection? I’ve reinstalled the app and still the same

App no longer works on my BlackBerry Key 2 Android 8. Was working but no longer. Asks for email at login then hangs.

To resolve LettuceEats network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the LettuceEats App
1. On android, goto Settings » LettuceEats » click [Force Stop]

Clear LettuceEats App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LettuceEats » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LettuceEats.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LettuceEats » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LettuceEats » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LettuceEats
