Still got an open parking session 2 days after leaving the carpark. Never had an issue with the old app.

I can't get the camera to scan barcodes. It says no supported surface combination for the camera.What do I do?

No sound when using app. And yes, my sound is set to maximum for everything. No options in NCP mobile app setting. I want the "beep" that indicates I have scanned successfully.

Why does my mobile app not make any noise when I successfully scan an item? I’m not sure if it scanned a new item or the previous one.

I cant get my phone to scan the barcodes
Common dislikes about NCP app
- No way to scan receipts instead of individual items
- C-score/reward points do not accurately reflect what is scanned/purchased
- App looks low tech and doesn't fit the screen
- Annoying beep if not fast enough
- App doesn't focus well
- Have to hit continue after each item
