App and website cannot login and authenticate to ultramobile.com, http status errors: 401,403,404
Website and app don't work at all. Be a big boy company with real website and app developers and get your garbage software and website fixed! Customers been telling you it doesnt work. Does anyone there have any real engineering computer skills to listen to complains and tried to fix them? I'm leaving after 3 weeks of this shhit service.
Unable to type the app shows where to type, but does not call up a keyboard to type with.
I've been with you guys for a few hours and I can't get this app to work. Can't log in (keep getting oops, something went wrong). If the app doesn't work how am I suppose to manage my service? How do I renew, change plans, or anything else that happens through the app. The service is working fine, calls and texts.

Cannot connect to server to add transaction. Shut down and restarted iPhone. Still won’t connect
I've been waiting for the online customer service chat for over an hour. If this is "routine maintenance" like mint claims then they should start warning us when it will be down so we know and aren't scrambling last minute to get things done. I am not here to yell at anyone in particular nor am I blaming the workers but whoever owns and operates the website and app should have a schedule that they can email or post on the site and app as a heads up. Flash updates don't exist.
I completed 7 days trial. Unable to buy as the Mint app in my iPhone is not working since yesterday. Message-we are fixing/ it is routine maintenance. Please advice
I can't get past the screen to check if I have service at my address. Keep getting a Error. Even when I click on the "use location to fill on zip code" I get the same Error. It looks like it has a dot on the left to select or unselect if but it doesn't let me. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times! Rebooted numerous times! Same issue!
Mint just shows an error message when I attempt to login. Will not login, will not reset password, doesn't recognize my phone number, won't create a new password.
Hello, I am currently traveling in Mexico. I have not been able to access the Mint Mobile App (as in the application states that nothing can be loaded). I am in need of purchasing and having access to Int'l roaming data to continue traveling for the next two weeks but I am unable to purchase through the app or online. Please let me know what can be done or if anyone else is experiencing these issues.

This morning (3/29/2022) I set up my phone to Mint Mobile. When I check calling people afterwards, they told me that I was calling from this number: (540) 313-0573, not my original number: (540) 532-0205. I probably pushed the wrong button while setting configuring my phone. Please change my telephone number to (540) 532-0205, immediately, and text me when that is done. George
