O have problem in inicialization to app. The app no inicialization.

The app always send "failure to connect to server", so that I can't register it. Even I try to uninstall and install again, nothing works. So the problem still the same. Now I can't wear my watch, because it needs the Haylou app functioning.
I have a number of exercises done on the smartwatch that I can't see on the "Poco X3 Pro". Also I can not delete the oldest execicios that are recorded on the cell phone. Thank you for your attention
