Intuitive app and I’m missing it

Missing 1/3 of what it used to have

Haven't been able to log on to the Vanguard app all day. Just get a pop up saying: "We're experiencing technical difficulties. Please logon to vanguard.com" Tried logging on to Vanguard.com on 3 different browsers--no luck there also.

Please see that your letter writing robot is directed to look for stupid mistakes. For example, I just got an email that my RMD was available. BUT it states that "Because you are turning 73 this year..." Actually I am 81. I also note that in your help section there is at least one misspelled word. I will let you figure it out! I generally like Vanguard but like many other vendors you have overdone your enthusiasm for automation!

I am unable to place trades through the Vanguard IPhone mobile app as I constantly get the same error message. After contacting Vanguard support at least six times over the last four months for this same issue, I have not received any resolution to my problems. I am now ready to transfer all my accounts out from Vanguard to another firm that has better Technology and will allow me to do the most essential of operations on my phone I.e Trading. I have tried to get on the app 3 times in the last couple of months. Never get on and it always says there is a problem. Don’t use the app often but can’t believe a company as large as Vanguard can’t provide a decent mobile app! The reviews are appalling. Is the guy responsible for the app a family member?!!
