Ive been tryi g to access my account for a month now. Ive been given 5 temporary passwords. No sucess logging in on the app or website. I was told technical issuès were to blame and my info would be passed along. As far as speaking to someone, i may as well be talking to a racoon. I believe the coons speak english better than 90% of those poor folks manning the phones. So, whats the problem there ? Im ready to change to a local bank.
I'm having the same issues. Called Customer Service and first and foremost I could barely understand a word she was saying, and two, I was told she would contact the Technology Dept. and I could try again in 24 hours or at least I think that's what she said. This mobile banking app is HORRIBLE and it's crap that I can't get into my account!
Every time I login to the app I get logged out immediately. I cannot access my account. And the website says my login is incorrect when it's the same one for the app
I often get log in freez issues while logging into the app After I input my log in info and select log in button which sometimes won't go through after pressing log in several times. And I often have to restart my Phone in order for the app to work correctly the next time I log in?
App not letting me login or verify my card. I was able to set up my account online. Customer service was not able to help with the app issues either.
The mobile app login and the alternate website login will not let me access my account. I have been trying for 3 days now. When I enter my Username and Password information it stalls then throws me back to the login screen to start all over again. I also tried using the app choice "Forgot Password" and when it tells me it sent a code to my email, the email message never arrives. And sometimes the mobile app asks me to enter my card number and last 4 digits of my Social Security number then when I select "Continue" nothing happens, the page either freezes or it sends me back to the login screen again to start all over. What is going on ???

When I try to log into the app I keep getting an error message and it tells me to try again. I need to get access to my money so I can transfer money from my piggy bank over to my main account so I can pay my bills. Very frustrating not being able to acces my money.
Glad to see isnt just me but sad because this is the app needed for my NJ unemployment. Worst app ever seen. Just signing up is almost impossible as letters erase when typing and wants me to put in my email address to send code but wont let me click send! Garbage and i have to trust them with my money?

I'm trying to start my account as this card would be a good addition to my Mastercard Debit Card. I would like to continue using this Visa Debit Card by adding money thru my checking account.
