How to fix HRS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HRS app on iPhone
Update HRS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HRS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HRS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HRS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HRS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HRS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HRS App
1. On android, goto Settings » HRS » click [Force Stop]

Update HRS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HRS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HRS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HRS.

Fix HRS unable to contact server/ HRS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HRS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HRS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
