Piece of crap

HRS is a total waste of time. Downloaded it and tried using it a few times, but every time it trows up a "error! Please, try back late" message.

Way too basic and slow

Compared to a dozen more popular apps this thing is baaad. Mega slow and poor navigation.... Also written text by a german probably: poor grammar and spelling

Spam and virus beware!

Any time trying to open up a website with my iPad, it automatically redirects via goodwebads to forcefully install this ihotel crap. Excellent marketing guys! How do we get rid of this?

A Scam App

Ads for HRS appear on my iPad constantly as intrusive pop-ups. I can only conclude HRS and the company that developed it is a scam. I hope Apple removes them from HRS Store!

BEWARE!!!

HRS is full of bugs and errors! Calendar booking will prefill the wrong dates, and not match up with actual days of stay. App failed during a booking and booked two reservations instead of one, after the booking with the wrong date was cancelled. I cancelled one of the double bookings and called hotel to verify, to find out they had all three bookings and NONE were cancelled! Had I not caught this error I would have had two no show charges on my credit card. App is now deleted. DO NOT USE!

I don't like app, do not have syn with Passbook.

Disappointed

No option for pet friendly hotel. These days it is common for people to travel with their pets.

Worked great

I had HRS built into Mercedes Benz Apps and I'm glad to find out they have an iPhone version too. Much easier to use than the one in the car.
