I have been shopping online and picking up my groceries and it always says I have points after I buy stuff but when I make a another purchase, it says I have no points.
It keeps saying I entered the wrong confirmation code and I put the exact one they send me.

App not working. Rejecting my phone number and always wants a verification code. I have had the same email and phone number for a long time. Can't get my points and it is frustrating. I know I have points and multiplyer, please fix.
I have just spent a half hour trying to sign in again and start all over and what a mess. Finally got it to take information and still nothing. Won't complete it so I have my screen showing my points, etc.
App is completely frozen on my IPhone. I get a red screen with a little icon in the middle that just keeps rotating. Tried to put in new phone number yesterday , got a code number, put it in and that's as far as I got. I can't even put it back on my phone. Can't delete it and start over. Before it froze, it wasn't showing my points and then it said to update to show my points and that's when it froze.
Your app for andriod freezes and I'm unable to view sales ads. This app has always been problematic. It is slow and sluggish.
Starting in May, the Winn Dixie App does not load the point balance, nor any other reward multipliers, or coupons. When I log in online, all the points and rewards and coupons are available. I've tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling the app but this has not corrected anything; therefore I cannot use the app in the store as it does not align with the online account.
The app is not showing any points or 6x points like on my receipt
My points are not showing up on the app or when I log in online on my computer. The balance says "0" and my multiplier is gone as well.
Last week i.check and had 87.00 in free groceries with my points. I wait till I get 100.00 to use them. I shopped last night and they are not on my receipt so I checked in my app and they are not there either. I did not use them. I only shop at Winn Dixie so I can utilize the app and the points. I'm very upset that they are gone.

Winn-Dixie app is not working in that I can no longer click on any item on my Winn-Dixie app's "Weekly Circular" ad to save to "My Shopping List" to view that list later when I physically do go shopping. What should I do to fix this?

When I go to the app there are no multiple points to select from.
unable to access the rewards program that I have been using for a very long time in the past with no problems. I enter my email address and password and it keeps getting rejected. I try to create a new password and it rejects that as well. Keeps requesting a phone number and when I do it rejects that too. I know the phone number is right. Can't the rewards program be accessed on my computer any longer? I don't use a mobile phone for this information.
Won't allow me to change my store. Each time I try, the app closes.
It doesn’t give me any points, doesn’t take off my coupons, etc. yet my receipts print with multipliers, they aren’t on my card.

The last 2 times I went shopping at Winn Dixie I never recieved a times multiplayer on my app or coupon. Both times I spent over 50 dollars. Why ? And that's not right. Especially with the cost of groceries rising. I am excited because of the reward program but not anymore.
We have had multiple issues with our Winn Dixie rewards account for about 6 weeks now. I do not get any of the mystery/ bonus/ double points and I can’t redeem any of the store or manufacture digital coupons when I enter my phone number, scan the barcode in the app or by scanning our rewards card/ keychain. I’ve called WD customer service twice since I noticed the issue and both times I was on the phone for 30+ for them to say it’s a known tech issue that they are currently working on. They offered to add just the mystery bonus points but can’t do anything about the digital coupons or extra points on specific items or the points I have redeemed in app in addition to the mystery points. It’s also extremely inconvenient to call them after every shopping trip since they will only speak to me when my husband is present to give his permission to discuss this with me since the account is registered in his name/ number. The past few visits I’ve gone to CS in the store to add my points but half the time that doesn’t work either. The shift manager who is usually there when I shop says I’m the only person he knows of with these issues and I should save my receipts that have bonus points at the bottom to use at checkout instead of the app. I said what about my digital coupons and app only bonus points I get 1 or 2x a month that are always 15x - 25x the points but didn’t have an answer. I like Winn Dixie because they have one of the best rewards/ savings programs and the store is less than a mile from our house however if I can’t utilize the savings I don’t mind driving 5 miles to another grocery store where I can at least use my coupons from their store.
Not receiving mystery bonus offers
App hasn't been working right for several weeks. It doesn't reflect points earned, just shows a zero balance. It won't offer mystery bonuses or show past receipts. It stinks because the app offers far better points bonuses than the store receipts. If I go to WinnDixie.com, I can still see my accurate points balance but the website doesn't allow you to get any mystery bonuses. Really hope they get the kinks worked out soon.
App appears on phone, when pressed nothing happens. All other apps on phone work fine. Have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Have turned phone off and on many times. Have asked for help at store with three different people, not able to help. Have spoken to someone on phone, was promised help, never happened. I have this app on my iPad, works perfectly! And before you ask, I have a brand new iPhone that works perfectly….just not with the Winn Dixie App! Oh and my husband has no problems with his app, same phone, purchased at the same time as mine. Sooo?
Keeps saying I entered the the wrong code. You sent me a new code and that one says wrong code

App is pure BS. It never has worked, for years, for me. Opened 2 accounts with 2 emails. Neither ever worked and I never got any rewards. Can't get help at store, can't get help online, can't get through to 844-745-0463 as they disconnect you after you are on hold. I do believe it is a scam, entirely! No real benefit, so shop at Aldi's and just save that way.

Months of the issue app not working. I came back to WD to shop because it seemed like the Rewards Card was a bonus. Constant app issue makes shopping at Publix once again... a pleasure.

Rewards and bonus points not showing up in app
After latest update, unable to login. Repeatedly receiving User ID and Password incorrect. Unable to reset password. Error message indicates missing information in required field. Tried to remove and setup new account with no success. Customer support indicated there are issues with new update and to try again later. Unable to use the app for about 1 month.

The app will not let me log in on my iPhone. It keeps saying my username or password is invalid. I have deleted and reloaded the app and I have created a new password. It works fine on my iPad though!
I use an iPhone 11 and an iPad Pro. I can use the app to select items. However, I cannot order delivery on either device. A friend with a Droid OS orders delivery that come quickly.

I’ve been using your app since it came out with very few problems, and I am a big fan of the app as well. However about a week , maybe two when I try to start the app the button to log in is not accessible, only the continue button is available, and when I press that I get a message “ 5x.iOS wants to use Winn Dixie login to continue, I did that and I get put back to the previous login or continue screen. I even deleted the app and downloaded it again and turned Bluetooth off as suggest by apple support. Nope , I still can’t get into the application. I do not have any problems with any of my other apps, only yours…. Suggestions please? 🙂 Note: I’m using an iPhone 6+
Unable to Create an account. Most frustrating APP I have ever used! I get the Verification Code and it is verified, fill in all the required information and touch CREATE button. Get an error message Enrollment was not successful, please try again later. I have been working on this for two days with the same results. I am not giving you my credit card information in order to get a response. That is just completely ridiculous.
Worst app ever. Endless headaches. Constantly crashes at startup .
