Dear Epson Iprint fixers I can not print word documents using Epson Iprint , I can still print PDF . This problem occurred when I got a new printer an Epson Ecotank ET5800 The Printer will print Word Docs with Direct Print but not using IPrint I like to use your otherwise Excellent App from my iPad Pro 9.7” (2017.? The iprint app used to work with my Motorola G7 power phone on android and now for some reason it won't find the printer. Yes both are switched on and on the same WiFi network. Even a manual connection won't work. Have deleted and reinstalled the app but wont work. Android Play indicated it may not work but no reason as to why . What is the fix for this please.

I just bought an Epson WF-2850. I have configured it to enable remote printing and installed Epson iPrint (I'm on Android 10). In my notepad app I click share, select Epson iPrint and the following error appears: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED Please help. Thanks!
