Hey there, So I went into the app like any day and when I tapped on my filters it wont let me use any of the ones I have favourited. I tap on one and it turns my whole screen blank but I can use some other filters.. it’s confusing. Please help

Good day, It annoys me so much whenever I try making filters. If I attach a photo when uploading the filter, it exits me on my screen. I've restarted my phone and tried many times but it's still a total failure. Please do something about this. Creating filters is the only way I can save plenty of filters since I don't have the hot icon.
