We have a ET-3850 series. Every time we try to print from the i phone or I pad it will not work. It prints things from the computer. So frustrating. Why do you make it so hard for people to do things, these days when technology has improved so much. We have downloaded the app.

Wool not show up on iPhone and says install and asks for password and then disappears! Wasted hours and purchased the printer for urgent printing.. not good enough

Since today the smart panel app as well as the Epson Iprint app DO NOT work anymore. It starts printing but then CRASHES after 1 page is printed. I've previously not had these problems to print from an Android device. This is very annoying as I need to print several documents ASAP!

Hi, I just bought L6290 and I have issues connecting EPSON SMART PLATFORM with iPhone. The app is being switched off almost directly after I connect through wifi That’s super problematic. I have set up the printer and have put ink so I can not bring it back to the shop. I didn’t know it has so many issues with iOS. What can I do? M
