I cannot open Medscape on my iPhone. I click the icon on my screen and the opening screen flashes on the screen goes away and it goes back to the icon. This has gone on for a week.

How to fix Medscape app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Medscape app on iPhone
Update Medscape app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Medscape iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Medscape on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Medscape network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Medscape Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Medscape not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Medscape App
1. On android, goto Settings » Medscape » click [Force Stop]

Update Medscape to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Medscape App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Medscape » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Medscape.

Fix Medscape unable to contact server/ Medscape internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Medscape » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Medscape » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
