Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever ALPA app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix ALPA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ALPA app on iPhone
Update ALPA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ALPA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ALPA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ALPA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

ALPA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ALPA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ALPA app issues:

Force Stop the ALPA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ALPA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ALPA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ALPA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ALPA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ALPA.

Fix ALPA unable to contact server/ ALPA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ALPA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ALPA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ALPA on android.
