Hawaiian airlines has changed flight time for #36 on October 1, but TripCase DOES NOT UPDATE THAT FLIGHT CHANGE. WHY NOT? And I am unable to manually correct the flight information. WHY>
I entered Alaska flight 537, Boston to SEA on Fri 16 Aug. It correctly said 10:00 departure and 1:14 arrival. When I clicked ok to add to my trip, the time changed to 11:00 departure and 2:23 arrival. Incorrect departure time is a serious bug. I deleted the entry and re-added twice with the exact same result.
TripCase does not accept certain flight numbers e.g. Tui flight number TOM016 (or even 016) and will not allow you to “continue” with a flight description
I booked a flight on Frontier, received confirmation. TripCase does not recognize the flight number. Received this message: Oops, there’s a problem. No flights found.

Trying to add item (flight) to Tripcase and keep getting the error message although the flight exists. All other flights in the same itinerary get added without problems. What is the solution?
Inbox comes up with error
I just downloaded TripCase and forwarded my American Airlines flight information and hotel confirmation for a trip from Dallas to Rome. I got an email confirmation regarding a trip to Washington! I haven't been, and have no plans to go to Washington. Meanwhile, I haven't gotten the flight or hotel information I sent for Rome.
App crashes constantly. Never happened before. Cannot add more than one even per visit to app. Have trouble adding contacts. App crashed while entering this message.
I have 2 flights with the airline Fly Play, but the app only takes one flight number, the other does not take it, a character error message appears.
Not working
No new trip can be properly saved. At first, a new trip appears as saved, but it disappears within a minute or two… I have had this issue for a couple of days. Also, updating any earlier saved trip makes it disappear within a minute.
I'm finding that there are coding issues within Tripcase. For instance, whenever I add Notes to any Items within a Trip, spaces and hard returns appear as "& # 13;". As you'd imagine, when some of the notes include confirmation codes or phone numbers, having a string of special characters and numbers can be rather unhelpful. Are there plans to update the html coding so these characters no longer appear?
Airline (China Airlines) changes in schedules are not reflected automatically. I had to delete the flights where the times changed and add them again manually.
Unable to share trips. Using iPhone latest iOS
Trying to enter a confirmed flight into a trip on Tripcase. Tripcase does not recognize the flight number, or its code share flight number. What do I do next, or is it worth the effort?
Airline changes in schedules are not reflected. Deleting flight and re-entry results in same incorrect flight times. This can be the case up to the time of departure. This failure essentially renders the product useless, considering the number of changes made daily by the airlines.

TripCase not working today; App not connecting
Hi, I am getting someone else's trips put into my TripCase account. The person appears to have the same name and live in the same city as me. I have only noticed this occuring from August 1, 2022. There have been 3 trips added to my account just today (Aug 1 2022). According to your policy "we only display the tickets and invoices for reservations made through our Sabre affiliated agencies, airlines and corporations. Access to these documents only works when your email address in the reservation matches your email address associated with your account". How do I have this checked? Clearly the system is picking up my name from an affiliate, but not cross-checking the email. Please reply by email. Thank you Tania Stacey

ERROR WHEN SETTING UP NEW ACCOUNT: One of my staff has created a new TripCase account today when the Request for Permission screen appears and you select ACCEPT, you get an error message saying and cannot accept the “Request for permission” – your consents cannot be updated at this time. Please try again later. This error appears in the APP and logging in online via webpage. Please advise what you recommend to resolve the problem?
Same issue as Susan, but on a Android. Suddenly, when I add a line into the trip NOTES *either* from the phone or from the PC Web app, the formatting characters are shown on both sides of the Tripcase app, making them TOTALLY unreadible....HELP! This is a show stopper for usage! Here's an example, the first line I added from the PC, the second line from the Android. Adding a manual note from the PC adding a manual note from the phone )
Shared itinerary, but its not showing up for the other person
MOst bookings just show up as emails. Nothing appears as it used to, as an activity etc. Second, when I open the email, I can only see the top left corner of it. The page does not open or close so that it can be read or sent. It is useless in this format. I have tried a hard reset and restarting my iPHone X. No luck
Up until 2020, the ap was working smoothly on my iPhone. Since then, I import plans and there is no trip created.
