How to fix Planets app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Planets app on iPhone
Update Planets app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Planets iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Planets on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Planets network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Planets not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Planets app issues:

Force Stop the Planets App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Planets app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Planets to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Planets App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Planets app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Planets.

Fix Planets unable to contact server/ Planets internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Planets » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Planets » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Planets on android.
