Air NZ Status

I’m unable to access my Air NZ app. It keeps coming up “ check internet connection “. There no problem with my internet as I have access to everything else.

My wife Robyn Riding is having having trouble using her Air New Zealand app on her Samsung phone A50. Her Air Points number is 234093. When she goes to use the app she gets information telling her to go to the gate, except the booking is under the name Mr Richard Pearse Air Points number 442471 and it tells us that he is an Air Points Gold and how many bags he has checked in. I can send photos to you if that helps. When she tries to use the app, it tells her that it is unavailable. We have tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling it and clearing the data and cache. Hi My Apple iPhone wont update to your new APP? so doesn't show my new booking anymore?

tried to use the app on my phone to check in advised message that I needed to update it. Phone then advised the app was no longer compatible.

The message I get from Play Store says my phone is no longer compatible with the app. Had been going fine until Nov 23. Runs android on oppo R11. Any ideas welcome, thanks

Flights aren’t being added to calendar, just started happening. Haven’t made any changes to my phone.

New version of Air NZ App has disappeared my flight to Wellington for 23 November NZ413 - seemed to happen when I went to check in. return flight on same booking is still there and flight details are there when I use web page log in etc. Tried signing out and back in but still missing...

Trying to use credit to change a flight. ref NCL4SH. Go to flight, (App shows me NCL4SH), all looks good until I have to enter Booking ref.?? The App just told me what the ref is, unless it refers to the changed booking, for which no new ref is shown anywhere??? Entering the old ref and email results in "computer says no" ??

Just downloaded air NZ app - been pre-covid since i used it. Cant remember my user name or password . tried to change my flexi ticket this evening and couldn't. Tried the website too and it wasn't working either. Was on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes trying to speak to someone with no answer......

The app has frozen. It opens and there is a black coloured box with a white Koro on top of page. How do I unfreeze?
