Unable to load Protonmail OR its official website whatsoever in the past 36 hours. Error message states it is taking too long to load and has "timed out". I would appreciate a direct link to my Protonmail mailbox via an alternative email: Aphropsyche@redacted

I updated my app 2 days ago and now the app just crashes and is drainong my battery. Iv put it into deep sleep now but please fix this asap. This email i only use for crypto and nfts and so its very important. Missed out on a lot of money due to this. Im not too bothered, please fix it or take it back to a previous version till u fix it. I like the look of the new colour scheme, looks great

I cannot get thru your menus. Too many. I did not see a simple "Contact Us" message. Used to be a lot easier! Lots of other folks do this. Simple question. I give up. . Thank you for your inquiry. I wish I had good news concerning your new VPN. I purchased a 2-year subscription on your great reputatuon with Mail. Big mistake! ?I'm running linux 20.04. Worked fine for a while but when I tried the kill switch I could not thrun it off. That is, I could connect to the Inet with a VPN but not any other way. After many many hours of work I discovered that the killswitch in your code cannot be removed any way but by hand. Uninstall, remove, purge... all fail. Code remains. I've wasted lots of hours on this and made many people angry with me. The web reflects a wave of similar issues and I'm sure you're aware of this. Fix it! It's easy! I will simply take the 2 year loss, bad mouth ProtonVPN when I get the chance and eat the financial loss. I'm quite disillusioned and disappointed. I need a backup/primary email and have paid for what I thought was that. Wrong! This issue has cost me well over your subscription fee. You got my $, be happy. Frank
