Every time I go to phone call on my phone the Westpac app interferees and comes up on my phone even when I use Google Chrome interferes as well

Every time I go to click on my westpac app on my ipad it opens for 1 second then closes. I have deleted the app so many times it’s not funny. It used to work for a number of years but in the last 3-4 months it wont, but it does on my iphone..go figure.

My iPad app for Westpac just flashes on the screen when I open then crashes I’ve closed & opened the iPad made sure the app is updated & checked my iPad is updated I can get the app on my phone as a last resort seeing that the branches near me are closed.

The old version of the mobile app went blank and stayed that way, so I installed the update, and that is stuck "signing in"!

My sons westpac app keeps crashing just after he signs in, boom gone, he has uninstalled it three times but still the same, now that you have closed most of your banks with no atms in sight l had to drive over half an hour so he could check his balance, nice work westpac,puck up your act, I'm with westpac as well but beginning to wonder why
