Summary of WebMD Problems 🔥

- Vicious cycle of misinformation created by quickly changing topics.

- Unable to scroll down to the end of the list of medicine.

- App has become painfully slow, taking a full ten minutes at least, to check off a few pills as taken.

- Screen freezes constantly every time you touch it.

- Spinning icon in the middle of the screen with every tap.

- App heats up phone when trying to marked all pills as taken at one time.

- Many legitimate answers are not available to choose from for medications taken and medical conditions known.

How to fix WebMD app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WebMD app on iPhone
Update WebMD app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WebMD iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WebMD on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WebMD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WebMD Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WebMD not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WebMD App
1. On android, goto Settings » WebMD » click [Force Stop]

Update WebMD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WebMD App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WebMD » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WebMD.

Fix WebMD unable to contact server/ WebMD internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WebMD » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WebMD » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WebMD
