I’m trying to create an account but when I enter my birthday of 09/10/1984 it automatically deletes the 0, then won’t let me continue because my birthday is not in the right format. Very frustrating

Beginning today 1/11/23, the WebMD mobile app for iOS crashes immediately upon opening every time. Is this getting fixed.
Common dislikes about WebMD app
- Vicious cycle of misinformation created by quickly changing topics.
- Unable to scroll down to the end of the list of medicine.
- App has become painfully slow, taking a full ten minutes at least, to check off a few pills as taken.
- Screen freezes constantly every time you touch it.
- Spinning icon in the middle of the screen with every tap.
- App heats up phone when trying to marked all pills as taken at one time.
- Many legitimate answers are not available to choose from for medications taken and medical conditions known.
