Hi my Cleartune app, just purchased, is not working at all. It’s not responding to sound.

Starts to find a note but then freezes. May unfreeze but then does it again. Continues like this. It’s worked great for years — but now it’s been acting up. Unfortunately, both my iphone and my ipad installs have the same bug. Can you fix them?
