I have a problem with Night

User reports:
No current problems

- You can't do anything else once this app is "activated".

- The app drains the battery even when the phone is not being used.

- The music only plays when the push notification is up then when the drop notification goes into the Notification Center the music stops.

- The app needs to be open in order to work.

The “emergency” music has been playing in place of the Spotify music I want to play on the alarm for the past few weeks.

To resolve Night network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Night App
1. On android, goto Settings » Night » click [Force Stop]

Clear Night App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Night » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Night.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Night » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Night » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Night
