[Solved] I bought S810 last week. Bryton active app on android constantly crashes, previous version is OK
app not working: not allowed (code: 403)
Cant even log in at the moment.
I have the BRYTON S800 and for the past 4 days I’ve tried to upload the rides & it’s not working.
Won't upload rides
App not working. Reloaded app now can't log in.
Today´s ride didn´t upload from device and can´t upload manually to Bryton Active as it´s not working
Not letting me log on. Deleted the app and tried to login. Get error 503. Reset password app also no
new app not working all ride data lost
Unable to set Login in details no confirmation email received to set up app.

The Bryton active failed to load activities [401]
The Bryton active failed to load activities (401) after updating IOS to the 16.7 version
When I associate the app with Bryton gps dispositive the app begin restarting in loop. I use the last version of bryton active and two kinds of ciclocomputers both with updated firmware
Heart rate will show the max and average only and the heart rate zones all show a value of zero. Also, in the analysis screen (Time in zone), sometimes the heart rate zone will not display; just the power zones show. Finally, is there a way to adjust the heart rate zones manually so that age can be taken into account? Many thanks in advance.
The app keeps crashing/reboot while sync with bluetooth on smartphone (Rider 310). Sync is not possible anymore.
On the app the results are totally Different to what is says on calendar for example today's ride on the app results 6.09 .showing on the calendar 9.47 Can you help with this problem?

I have had some problems with not getting access to app and then when I do there is something else wrong with access once the app is working .Also my emails to Bryton have gone unanswered.
Bryton active Android app does not allow upload of external gpx files. Android app gives an error while uploading external gpx files. Same gpx file can be uploaded easily to iphone version of active app. Please fix the Android version of active app.
Hi For the last few days, the stats are not displayed on the home page, sometimes the number activities is displayed but not other values. activities are stored and the calendar. thankyou
Maps are not displaying and when attempting to sync last Ride the App indicates Bluetooth is not on but it actually is.
The Bryton apps was keep on crashing after my I-phone updated to IOS16 since last few week.
Acrive App not working well/frozen screen when iphone upgraded to ios 16 . So you have firmware update to address thw problem..tnx from Philippines
Mam problem z aplikacja bryton. Chcąc sobie stworzyć trasę na mapie w tej aplikacji niby ja tworzy i pokazuje komunikat że trasa poprawnie zapisana w chmurze. Następnie wchodzę w zaplanowana trasę a tam nie ma nic. Tak jakby coś całkiem zdechło :( To samo z plikami gpx nic nie zapisuje a pokazuje się literka n czyli jako tak trasa być powinna. Coś jest z chmura nie tak lub po jakiejś ostatniej aktualizacji coś skopali kolejny raz. Ale to już raczej frustracja sięgnęła zenitu. Jest to mój pierwszy i ostatni licznik tej serii. Wolę iść w Garmina lub Wahoo. Sami pomogloscie mi podjąć decyzję.
Bryson active app keeps crashing
Absolutely frustrated with the 320 not syncing and freezing. Compared to my Garmin it is a very unpleasant and frustrating experience
