How to fix KAYAK app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KAYAK app on iPhone
Update KAYAK app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KAYAK iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KAYAK on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KAYAK network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KAYAK Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KAYAK not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KAYAK App
1. On android, goto Settings » KAYAK » click [Force Stop]

Update KAYAK to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KAYAK App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KAYAK » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KAYAK.

Fix KAYAK unable to contact server/ KAYAK internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KAYAK » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KAYAK » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
