How to fix Cleaner app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cleaner app on iPhone
Update Cleaner app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cleaner iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cleaner on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cleaner network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cleaner Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cleaner not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cleaner App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cleaner » click [Force Stop]

Update Cleaner to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cleaner App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cleaner » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cleaner.

Fix Cleaner unable to contact server/ Cleaner internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cleaner » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cleaner » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
